4 Predictions for Denver's Housing Market
1. Interest rates will continue to yo-yo, but waiting isn't the best strategy. Chances are that rates will continue to increase into the new year. Buying now gets you a home at a lower price and the lowest interest rates we may see for a while.
2. Quality will be king! The better listings with updated rooms that are clean and staged will still move quickly. The days of getting high dollar and doing the bare minimum are gone.
3. Size will matter less. During the pandemic the size and price per square foot were of utmost importance, but now homebuyers are looking for a quality home that will stand the test of time realizing they don't need as much space as they thought they did.
4. Rich interiors will rein. The cold, gray interiors we have become accustomed to over the past several years will lead way to warmer, more relaxing color schemes and styles.

Restaurants Denver gained and lost in October
From fried chicken to ramen to barbecue, Denver gained 24 additions to it's dining scene in October — a bit of a drop from September, but still an impressive number of openings for an industry that continues to struggle with food costs, supply-chain issues and staffing shortages.
